Arrogant. Rude. Unprofessional. Their units are in disrepair. Manager is out more than in. All was fine at A-American Self Storage. When Extra Space bought them, prices went up, services went down. The first unit destroyed $19k of my storage. I received $2k from their insurance company. My homeowners would not pay the balance claiming the damage was caused by roof neglect.
