Let's begin with the reason I first chose EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. After searching through internet like most, I was scanning for a decent price while hopefully not giving up on quality service. The Cathedral City, CA staff of Jessica and Austin were great to work with and very accommodating. I needed to store my belongings for a couple of months and their storage units were clean and convenient. They were very helpful and I'm happy to recommend this location!

Marco was really helpful in figuring out what size space I needed and being sure I would be able to get everything through the doorway. He has all the moving supplies I could need and has the locks that fit the storage units. He spent time to show me how to work the gate. He also explained how to make the lock work :) Pricing was great, size is great, and Marco's help is priceless!!

They made my transition from my old place to my new place seamless. They helped me with all my moving supplies and ensured the protection of my belongings. Their renters insurance was very affordable as well. I will be using this company for all future moves.

Great Service and great follow up. Ask for Victor for great personalized service. Online reservations disappointedly tend to cancel and fill up despite promised reservations so stop in to assure Unit. First month advertised special always seems to be unavailable or sold out so call ahead although their prices go up every so often so be careful. Also they have locked the garbage bins with chains
