This place is dirty af and constantly has weird and strange looking people walking around at night. The storage unit itself was disgusting and the roof was literally falling down and not properly insulated! Not to mention but this company is nothing but frauds they increase your unit price after 4 months so if you have anything on autopay take it off asap! Also they harass you as your in your storage unit begging for you to leave a review lol so here you go.

The Self Storage industry in general is a rip off to those who rent units, and it's in serious need of Congressional oversight and regulations. Rental agreements are written by contract attorneys, and insurance policies are written by contract attorneys....all hired by the industry to favor the industry. I had only been there about a month, when I discovered my lock had been cut and replaced with a new one. Totes were out of order. Not a very safe location. I believe this was an inside job. They don't have lighting and chicken wire divides the spaces.
Staff is nice but BEWARE THE RATE INCREASES! I rented my unit in July 2020. The base rent (you also get charged for insurance) was $165. In December 2020 it was increased to $181. Ok, not too bad as it was a rate special when I rented it. But then in September 2021 to $257 and now June 2022 to $298 PLUS INSURANCE! That's right, in less than two years my base rent went from $165 to $298 per month plus insurance. I agree with others who have said this place is a rip off. Ive been with this storage facility for about 5 years and every year they increase their prices. This year they increased their price 277%. I went from paying 90 a month to $230. Often their gate is broken and last year my unit was broken into. Yet the claim no liability. So for no increased value or security then want almost $3000/year. Get real this was the worst storage experience of mt life and i would never rent from them again. I would give them zero stars but this app won't let me. This place is a complete RIP OFF! I have been using storage facilities for over 30y and never I have been ripped off like this before... I had the space for 1.5y during that time their increased the price 3 times and the last time they did (2 month ago), it went up $80!!!! agoNEW Very unhappy since day one. Moved in November 15th or so. Needed a 10x20 to store a car. Rented a unit for over $350.00. (Don't remember the exact amount). My vehicle did not fit. What they rented me was not 20 feet deep. My vehicle extended more than a foot. I wasn't refunded my money. I moved it to a different facility but did rent a small unit to store about 10-15 boxes. We showed up on time only to find out that the locker we had reserved had changed in both size and price. We weren't offered the "special sign-up" deal, and the person in the office was very difficult to deal with, very slow and condescending. They require that your own possessions MUST be insured, they don't bother telling you about their policies regarding insurance, so that you show up totally unprepared for their policies, so that you need to pay them for insurance, very shady in my opinion. The space I had requested was enough for what I needed and the price was not exactly as disclosed. I needed storage for a month and they had given me a quote of $44 with half off for the first month so $22. My total at the end of signing for 1 month was $75. On top of that Elvin the manager talked SO much it too him longer to talk, chit chat and sign me up than it took the movers to empty a 10 foot uhaul truck in to the said space.
