Extortion at it's best. I started at $119/month for a 10x10, climate controlled space - apparently that rate was only good for the first 3 months. I missed the date to pay-in-full and lock in that rate, so they increased it to $137/month. Now after a year, they sent a notice in the mail 35-days prior to my rate increase that it will be $157/month. This is a 31% increase from a year ago. EXTORTION.
