Our most valuable items were stolen out of our storage unit at this location over this past summer. My husband and I were out of the country when it happened. We had stored some musical equipment here and you can imagine the horror when my husband found our items (that we believed safely stored at Extra Space) listed for sale on Craigslist. CROOKS!! Total rip off! Staff is unprofessional and discourteous. They raise your rent ridiculously almost every month, don't notify you then charge you exorbitant late and lock fees. $35.00 for a lock. Total scam artist. Rent started at $123.00 and has almost tripled. Find some where else to store your belongings. You will regret doing business with these people!! Actually the rating in 0 stars.

Let's just say I've been to better locations of extra space. This location has a lot of false advertising they do. We came and had Julie sign up my friend seeing they had promotional signs every where and online saying 1 month free if you bring a friend. Julie initially said 1 month was free. When we got back in the office to do paperwork suddenly it became no we can't honor that. You can only get 50% off. I sent in calls wanting to speak to someone higher up. Never got a call back. This place is great as long as you just want to store items and not have questions or encounter an issue or expect honesty related to an issue. I've had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage for approximately 5 years.....maybe less and I've always paid on time without a problem. I needed a second storage unit so of course I went to the same place but I knew eventually I would consolidate them somehow. Extortion at it's best. I started at $119/month for a 10x10, climate controlled space - apparently that rate was only good for the first 3 months. I missed the date to pay-in-full and lock in that rate, so they increased it to $137/month. Now after a year, they sent a notice in the mail 35-days prior to my rate increase that it will be $157/month. This is a 31% increase from a year ago. EXTORTION.
