Nice staff but record keeping could use some work.... We rented for a short time pending my daughters move to Colorado. Setting up was fine, smooth, pleasant staff. After telling three different people we were vacating, I was told we could pay up on the day of. Went the night before to add some more stuff to the unit, and we were locked out until we--guess what--paid up. I was out of town and my daughter had to pay. Monique, who's the manager assisted me. She totally was familiar, professional, personable and most of all, very willing. Although this facility is a bit further away than other competitors, I would so recommend to others due to my pleasant experience.

Top notch, from the women Kia on the 800 number to Erica at the location. Very professional, nice and a wonderful experience. Left another storage unit that had just got broken into. Nothing stolen but very poor customer service. Went here and so far am EXTREMELY Satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

This is locate south of Artesia Boulevard from Studebaker, right by the train tracks. It is good facility since they have multiple units; it's clean and secure. The only thing that is inconvenient is the second floor for storage units. It is somewhat difficult for somebody that is elderly because you have to go up the stairs to get to the storage unit. There is an elevator available to bring your stuff down and a flat dolly but no passengers are allowed in the elevator. I would highly recommend bringing water, wear old clot... read more

After calling various storage facilities and gathering info to choose one I decided to check out a few in the area. One I visited had only outdoor units available and their parking was very limited. Afterwards I stopped here in Cerritos remembering how their rates seemed competitive and was impressed with the professional and friendly manner in which they handled my call (coming from a sales and customer service background myself, good customer service will impress me every time). Review update: They have since corrected the problem of requiring staff for customers to gain access. There are new security features and now you can be there as early as 6am for access to the climate controlled storage area. The new owners have kept the place clean as ever and my faith in the management has returned. If they keep the price point the same I will continue to do business here.

Overpriced and they increase the price without telling you. I don't recommend it. The spaces are small and the features they offer dont really help.

They are a total scam. Shortly after moving in they will dramatically increase your monthly fee. Classic bait and switch scammers. Stay away.

0 STARS!! I was charged $135+ for my first month, when the first month rent is supposed to be free. Secondly, my storage unit is locked behind a unit that I was not given the code for. No email, text, or call informing me of the locked combination. I contacted customer support for further assistance as the main office was closed, and as kind as the lady was, was also no help. She just sent me a map of the place, where I saw my unit was inside of a locked unit. She said the owner would contact me within 10 minutes and I waite... read more
