It's safe and secure. Never had a problem, even with the new management. Plus, it smells good in there. Don't mean to make this weird, but I hope they continue cleaning with that pine scent. Love it. They've raised their prices though. I don't enjoy that. Working to get my stuff moved out soon.
Great staff ! Special shoutout to Jason who went above and beyond his normal call of duty today at work, very caring and thoughtful! I appreciate the fact that when ever I have any interaction with the staff here they are all very nice courteous and well trained!
I appreciate Julie , the friendly and helpful store representative . She help me to rent the unit ( 10 by 20 ) at Artesia . I currently have the same side storage at Lincoln. But I'm not happy with the service there . I had to switched unit there twice in not even 3months . Because the manager there park her car in front of my unit . I'm glad to have the new store at Artesia aria . Look forward to rent it for long term here . One again thanks for welcome service Julie ! Hung Nguyen .
Stored our RV here for two years. Started at $135 per month and moved out after several rate increases with the last being $215 per month. Staff here is friendly but cannot do much to help stabilize costs for long term customers. RV parking storage is clean but very tight spaces. Good about this storage is their two sewer dumps and hours of access.
I got a call from their Rep (Mr. Chris Padilla) minutes after reserving online. After meeting with him at the location, he was very friendly and thorough in showing me the unit. Filling up the lease was done in a fast professional manner. I was in and out in 15 minutes (Lease and all).I would recommend their services to anyone!
Nice and clean 5 x 7 storage unit. Price advertised is what you get. Be sure to know Insurance will be added on. They make moving boxes and locks available, if you did not bring your own lock. You make your monthly payments online. Customer service was very friendly and answers all your questions. Access to the facility is secure with a gate; beside your own lock on the unit.
I love this place; the customer svc is excellent. I had to call maintenance to fix something and they came immediately; Rom & Denier (spelling) were so friendly and professional and so efficient. I can't ask for anything more stellar than all of them have been there so far!

I'm new to self storage and I'm glad I chose ExtraSpace storage to start! Julie was SO helpful! She made sure I knew everything that I would need to know as I use the storage units here. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable that where we were putting our household belongings in a safe but accessible space! The customer service was phenomenal!
