Only been renting a space for 2 months....they are now raising the price to double with only one month notice and during the holiday season. RENTERS BEWARE!

Please avoid this place at all costs. All of my things are wet and molded. This company has blamed it on rain when there has been no rain for months. They will lie to your insurance company to cover up the problem and avoid responsibility. Your things will ruined and you'll have no recourse.

On crusader period period I do not recommend this place I have both of my storage is broken within 2 weeks period and my mother had hers broken into period period

We have been customers for over 10 years. We have 1 RV and 2 Large units. Seems like PRICES GO UP monthly. (Going to look at local laws on these increases) We delt with the debacle of their taking off all of our personal locks (without notice/consent) and replacing them with "electronic locks" that they said were better but still have problems with access all of the time. No parking always dirty restrooms are unavailable n when they are not stocked properly choose other places not worth your money.

What good is a unit when you can't get in it?! When they switched from the lock that I HAD TO PAY FOR SEPARATELY when I first set up with them to a digital access, I KNEW there was going to be a problem sooner or later. Now, here I am in front of my unit, and the app will not connect with the door. And yes, I did everything that a tech would normally suggest, including reinstalling the app. Probably going to start looking for a place that uses real locks.
The reason for the low stars is that I got my storage unit in April 2022 and was paying $183 all of a sudden I get a text that my payment posted for this month and it went up to $263 it went up $80 . They could have done small increases at a time each month but no from one month to the next $80 more a month. Talk about price gauging its really sad how companies know you need something and so they take advantage of that need.
Horrible customer service horrible electronic locks . Locked out of their electronic lock due to faulty lock. Again third time in 4 days. Manager opened lock last time, replaced battery lock then said hurry up I'm off. Said sorry no tech here. Came back today locked out again. Always giving them my hard earned money.
