It is definitely a clean and safe storage facility but quite expensive especially if you are past due your payments.You May also have trouble with the access code.

This is my second 5 star review for this place! Maria is seriously a life saver! The first time I worked with Debby, who was so helpful. but this time around I was a complete mess and Maria seriously held my hand the entire time. We already had a 10x20 unit and moved a lot of stuff out of it, so we thought we would be able to move things into smaller unit. This is best storage facility in all of Murrieta or Temecula. After searching for a solution that met my needs for office equipment for expansion of my business I had many options and some closer to where I live but am glad that I chose the team at Murrieta Hot Springs/Jefferson branch. Cleanest facility hands down. Great promotions. Convenient hours. Maria has really catered to my situation and strives for greatness at her branch and it shows. We rented a large unit several weeks ago and we were impressed with the woman who assisted us. She was very friendly and professional. Today we stopped in to pick up a few belongings and when I went in to use the restroom facilities, the male employee that was working was very friendly and helpful. I've been very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. So far so good!

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Murrieta. They provided a unit that was just the right size, clean and secure. The office itself was clean and very modern. The people were very helpful and considerate.

I was very impressed by John Lopez who assisted me with renting my unit. He was polite, professional and courteous. The unit was clean as well as the facility. I felt comfortable leaving my belongings there and would use them again.

I first went to a competing storage company located next door to Extra Space Storage. I was told that I would only pay the administrative cost of $20 to move in, well that changed once I decided to gather my belongings and move in. At that point I was told I would I have to pay the admin. cost along with the pro-rated amount from Dec 9th through the end of the month because their billing cycle starts on the first of the month. I really had a great experience at Extra Space Storage on Jefferson in Murrieta. First, as soon as I reserved my unit, the manager Chris called me to confirm and answer any questions I had. It was really excellent customer service that I didn't expect and way exceeded what I had experienced at past storage establishments.
