I was in between relocating from San Diego to Las Vegas and needed a storage for a month or so. My whole experience from reserving a space online, follow -up phone call by manager, Chris to utilizing my space then closing it was indeed stress free and convenient. My wife and I received information from several storage facilities in the area and were pleasantly surprised by the "better than the competition" features of Extra space Storage. Their on-line opportunities, basic and special pricing, and super friendly and cooperative site manager, made this a much "better than expected" experience. This was a major plus during a difficult moving experience. I had a great experience at this place, They have excellent customer service, I've rented from numerous storage places in my time & this by far is one of the cleanest facilities I've been to. I will definitely be using this location in the future.
We were worried about a place to keep our furniture and mementos. We chose Extra Space because the management was patient with all of our questions. The units are clean and secure, the grounds well maintained and everything has worked as advertised. After 9 months of use of this storage facility we are very pleased. Nancy S.
Great facility HOWEVER I have the same problem as everyone else. You signup online at a discount only to have them raise the rate by 50% WOW on the 3rd month. So what do you do will cost several hundred to move to another facility. So new customers beware !!!

I usually come here and stay for a while for my work circumstances, just heads up for people who visit bring your Gatorade bottle or jar so you won't spoil yourself They haven't had restroom for use since I started using Good luck to y'all

Three months later, another rent increase. I'm am now paying almost triple the original advertised rate. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM

I give them 1 star for the great painting Contractor . And Zero stars for how dirty this place has gotten since the corporate buy out from "Extra Bucks" OH I mean extra space lol. Their pest control Co. Ecolabs must be spraying water instead of legit pesticides because we have more spiders inside are units than the Amazon forest. But Hey, their making the big bucks with the Rent that has trippled since I moved in 16 years ago. Bravo Extra Bucks.:( :(
