Friendly service. Seems very secure. They try to sell you on the insurance fee but if you have renters insurance, typically, that covers off site property. They did credit me back some of the insurance fee since I didn’t need it. Again…check with your own renters policy. Agree with the admin fee; however, I didn’t see that disclosed on the website anywhere. Overall, friendly customer service and good security.

Extra service & consideration always!! Tony has gone above & beyond on many occasions - one time digging into a dumpster to help me recycle trash properly!! Josh- a newer employee- is also helpful and responsive. This office is tops in professionalism and consideration.

I was comparing storage units and price's from 3 different companies and found that (extra space storage) in Arlington on four mile run had a pretty good deal going on. I filled out the virtual paperwork on Sunday the day before and came in on Monday and got my unit within 10 minutes.
