RecommendedI’ve been renting units here for years now (I’ve got 5 currently) and ever since Tony started the place has been awesome! Tony and his staff are really cool and responsive and keep the place in great shape! Any time I’ve needed something taken care of such as a light fixed etc Tony has been on top of it. Highly recommend this Extra Space especially compared to the other options in the area.

Friendly service. Seems very secure. They try to sell you on the insurance fee but if you have renters insurance, typically, that covers off site property. They did credit me back some of the insurance fee since I didn’t need it. Again…check with your own renters policy. Agree with the admin fee; however, I didn’t see that disclosed on the website anywhere. Overall, friendly customer service and good security.

Extra service & consideration always!! Tony has gone above & beyond on many occasions - one time digging into a dumpster to help me recycle trash properly!! Josh- a newer employee- is also helpful and responsive. This office is tops in professionalism and consideration.

I was comparing storage units and price's from 3 different companies and found that (extra space storage) in Arlington on four mile run had a pretty good deal going on. I filled out the virtual paperwork on Sunday the day before and came in on Monday and got my unit within 10 minutes.
