The team at this location was extremely helpful and accommodating over the course of my 3+ year rental. The location was extremely convenient and accessible. I had to rent additional units from time to time and getting the units rented (even after hours) always went smoothly. I only canceled the unit due to a move out of state.

During our move, it quickly became clear that we had not asked for a large enough unit. Our home sold quicker than we could find a new place. So, the move turned into two events, rather than just one. I called Tony and he made it happen. Within less than 10 mins I had a huge unit that has enough space for us to safely house all our furniture. We've been using this location on and/off for about 5 years. Been renting multiple units here for over 5 years. The current management team is great. I promise you will not find a more helpful staff and you will not find a cleaner climate controlled building. They have been more than fair with me and know me by name when I walk in. -It's month to month and there are increases... but this company allows you to lock in a rate if you agree to pay ahead... most do not. My wife searched the internet for reputable storage companies and Extra Space Storage came up with very high ratings for very good service at reasonable prices. We had to come back to the USA suddenly from an overseas assignment and we needed place to store some of our air freight items that will not fit into the small apartment which we are renting before going back overseas again. I needed to rent a storage space in Pittsburgh and was told I could take care of the paperwork at a facility near me. While I only saw the front office, it was clean and well organized. I had to change dates several times and every staff member was professional and helpful. One employee even called the Pittsburgh facility to make sure their procedures conformed to the ones I was being given in Shirlington. Based on my experience I highly recommend them.
