The lady at front desk is very nice and helpful. The storage is at a good location and very convenient for me.

I have rented from Extra Space Storage for years. Anytime I have an issue (which is not often) Karina and her team are always on it. This is a great location for us working in Temecula and Murrieta close to the freeway works awesome. I would not store my stuff anywhere else.

I got a 8*10 and when I came - it was so easy. They had emailed me directions on how to access the place. The rates were great and they didn't charge me all these other /extra fees. On top of that, they gave me a fair price. Karina at the office was soo friendly - great customer service! When we moved in our stuff Susan at the office was so sweet and helpful. I wanted to inquire about other sizes. Thank you to the staff. Moving it stressful and to come in to friendly and helpful people is wonderful!

Easy to communicate and go through the process from start to finish. Everything was handled online and over the phone so when we showed up, entering the facility was very smooth.
