The ladies here are so friendly, I almost felt like I was at home! I will always give them my business! Don't bother searching anywhere else, this is the place to go for great prices and understanding staff

This is a great storage facility at a great price At least 30% less than the other three storage facilities in the area. The storage area as well as the restrooms are always clean and well maintained. It has easy access with a coded gate for use from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

I love this place! The girls in the office are super professional and very helpful. I've had a storage unit here for almost 6 months and have never ran into a problem. The facility stays open till 10 which I feel is an added bonus because you're not scrambling to get your things in by 5 or 6 like every other storage facility in town.

Rented my unit for approximately 1 month before I arrived to find the lock they sell or give you, at some locations can be broken eventhough I was told it could not be. I found my unit broken into within 2 weeks of my last visit. The office manager tried to downplay the break in and theft. Wanting me to verify the break-in. She never came over to look at the unit. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY OR LOCATION!! Rats as well as leaking water completely ruined our entire unit. From family heirlooms that can't be replaced to all our clothes, baking supplies, books, pictures, everything. Everything had to be dumped. Reached out to the front office to state our move out date prior. The girl said it was fine that it was one day past our normal monthly charge and that she would not charge us due to situation. RENTERS BEWARE!!! A couple of people posted on Facebook Temecula Talks that their storage units had gotten broken into at the Ranch Pueblo location, so I called to make sure I wasn't a victim also. Come to find out after talking to the location manager I was not a victim of theft from some vandal BUT the victim of a scam from the business itself, it's called price gouging. I rented a space from this storage place and within one week, somebody had literally picked my lock and stolen all portable values out of it, and re-locked the lock even! When I told the office, they told me that they are not keepers of my belongings, and that they are not responsible for it. Be careful when signing your agreement, the price is good to start but within 3 months my elderly mom got a 75 price increase. It is in her contract is what I was told, which they aren't likely correct but she didn't read it because when we called we asked if it would be increased in the next 6 months they said no. It is like a bait and switch in my opinion.
