Called spoke to a gentleman and he told me he could reserve a space and it would be held for a couple of days. Got a call from a lady and she told me the reservation was for the price of the unit not the unit it self. So watch with these people in Temecula off of Overland.

I wouldn't recommend this facility. The manager Sandra G she's very unprofessional, Rude and disrespectful. We send several emails to the district manager and still waiting for a phone call.

I don't recommend this company. First of all, God forbid if you need to use the restroom while loading or unloading your unit. The site mgr (Corrina) tells you to go to the gas station across the street (1st time was covid excuse & 2nd time was toilet broken) yet when we were there before with a different worker, she unlocked the restroom to use it. Extremely heartbreaking. They don't care about anything but getting paid. If you're moving out, watch your stuff because the staff will steal from you. They will say "oh we thought it was trash" and take it as you're moving stuff from your unit. Ridiculous. I will be suing for breach of contract.

Terrible place. Been raising the rent regardless of state of emergency. The pandemic is still affecting people and this place is making it even harder for their customers by raising the rent to almost double of what it was a month prior. This is one rate increase. 89% That is insanity. Talk about greed. Driving people into further hardship So not okay I agree with this review and so will many many others. Speak up people. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! I just received a "Rate change notice" and let me tell you - a 117% increase and two weeks notice of change! I have only been in the unit 1 year this month and this is the SECOND increase and this one alone will nearly DOUBLE my rent. Ridiculous and completely unethical. I do not give a damn about the 'market conditions' that they site in the notice. This is wrong. I definitely don't recommend this place the manger has no idea what's she's talking about and only try's to get more and more money from you, she then told me I had to use there insurance and that people break in all the time, and that I had to tell her every item I was storing it was super shady, stay away it's not worth giving them any money, I hope they find her a new position, customer service is not for her lol

We rented a storage from this facility and we have storages in another city as well, The human although she is female I would never call her lady running this place is abhorrent, unreasonable, oddly arrogant. This should be the last storage facility you ever try to rent look elsewhere because not only is there no professional service here she has no heart
