Kya is an extraordinary employee and has gone above and beyond what one would call "normal" service. This is a great Storage facility because of her. She works at the 1510 S. Lake Street location in Mundelein, IL which is very clean and well managed. This is an unsolicited review!!! Joe B.
Hello, we had a great experience at your 6603 W. Diversey location. Prepaid for four months online but first we spoke to the Assistant Manager by phone. Jimece Fort was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she gave us a tour and escorted us to our 10x20 unit.

I cannot say enough about the Essington Street Storage Units. The units are spacious and immaculate. I was very impressed with the staff. Devan and her staff offer friendly, yet professional service. I will definitely be using them again during my move.

This building located in the west loop provides exceptional service. It has been recently remodeled. Great lighting and clean facility. Great insurance options. Store here

What's to say? Space you pay for that allows you to store stuff! We store our Christmas stuff. If you pay for the full 12 months, you get a 13th month free. Bottom line: we need to get rid of lots of stuff!
I have an awesome unit in Hardwood Heights. Michael and Marty were the best in finding what was needed for my items. They were extremly professional and gave me the highest customer service experience that I have ever had. They had a variety of units and found the perfect fit for my items. The price was a good deal and they took their time exploring and explaining all options available in my price range. Good pricing, clean units. Angie was extremely helpful and makes renting the unit a simple process. This is my second time renting here, and their smallest units have more than enough space for me to store my dorm furniture over the summer.
