Good pricing, clean units. Angie was extremely helpful and makes renting the unit a simple process. This is my second time renting here, and their smallest units have more than enough space for me to store my dorm furniture over the summer.

We moved into a 5 x 14 unit in August 2015 at ESS at 707 W Harrison. Upon arrival, I was told the unit we reserved had been given away to another tenant and was attempted to be "up-sold" to another larger unit for $20+ more a month. After putting my foot down, I was able to be accommodated to the same size storage locker I reserved, but wanted another $10/month. Met our needs well. The manager, Rachel, is very helpful and friendly. Location is fine, they had a great promotion for first month free that was all we needed for our temporary storage space while our floors got redone. Highly recommended. Only complaint is that the elevator is quite slow, so if you are on a high floor you might want to budget a bit of extra time for moving in and out.
An overall great experience in obtaining a cost efficient storage facility. Grew location with easy access in and out. Very pleasant staff who show real customer satisfaction! Glad I found this place.
I have had a space here for years. It is clean and pest free. Recent and ongoing upgrades have kept it safe.
Rachel and Emilio were both very helpful with the setup and storage of our stuff in their facility. Very conscientious and ready to help. The facility seems secure and well-maintained -- we're happy.
Aside from the smoke screen about rates that invariably double within 3 months, there is also the tactic that they charge $16.50 insurance built into every payment. So, if your bill is $60.37 then $16.50 of that is insurance. When they up your bill they take the $60.37 and add the increase and then charge the $16.50 again on the new rate. Therefore, you are paying double and triple the insurance depending upon how many times they increase you. They are lining their pockets with empty insurance fees.
