THEY ARE THE WORST AND LIARS! PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!! I made the mistake to trust their service and I don't want anyone else to experience the same thing. I reserved a storage unit and called them to confirm that I will be there later that day to finalize the payment and put my stuff. When I went there they had A BIG SURPRISE!!! They said the unit is already booked for someone else and they claimed that they called and left a voicemail which THEY DIDN'T. They suggested another unit with twice the actual price.
