Super easy and quick. Barbara is fantastic, personable and professional. She answered all of our questions and made sure we didn't leave until we were comfortable. She made sure to show us the units until we were happy. For a first timer, she made me safe and comfortable leaving my stuff.

We have been storing our personal and office belongs at the Extra Space Storage on Fullerton for approximately 4 years under the management of Barbara. Barbara and her team have always been a pleasure to work with! We chose this location as it's just off 90/94 and close to the Lincoln Park area. Parking is readily available.

We have stored items for the last 9 months. We set things up remotely and all details were handled professionally. Billing was set up for monthly and all communications were clear with no hidden surprises. We again had to set up the pick up from Extra Space Storage remotely and Lequnda was the most professional, helpful and pleasant employee!
