Isamar and Barbara are great. I have been renting at their facility for 3 years. Last week I found myself in a pickle with lack of space. Isamar was brilliant, she moved me to the same floor, a few units down, larger unit and saved me money. Great people with positive attitudes. Keep up the good work.

Three years ago, I moved from Hoffman Estates to Chicago (Logan Square), knew nothing about anything, and called the closest Extra Space Storage; Ms. Barbara answered with the most convivial voice and personality. She knew what I needed when I told her what was being stored "temporarily." I was dubious with the recommended storage unit due to the stress of moving, but she was right! Great overall experience! Barbara is great to work with and she runs a great company. They have a clean, safe, secure facility that is easy to access outside of their business hours. My first two trips to the store I was helped by one employee named Kevin who was fantastic. This guy was kind, smart and good at his job which made the whole process (getting a unit, educating me about accessing the building/unit, moving in and out) as easy as possible. 10/10 will use them whenever I need a storage unit.
