Yesterday I went to pay for my unit that I had talked with and Barbara Intelligent said I am not going to show you the unit she then said I am going to call the cops on you. Showed up at 10.25am today (should have been open for about an hour), the office was closed. There was a note on the door that someone would be back at 10.30am, so we waited. I called ahead to reserve a space and they told me it was $185. When I checked online they had the same size spaces for $130. The only difference was if the unit was climate controlled. I understand having to pay more for climate, but they should have offered me the choice and not just given me the most expensive space. If u need storage. Please do not store your items at this facility.. They will rob u blind.. I was robbed twice first for my personal belongs like clothes and shoes. Before I could move out the thief's came back for my electronics. Management would not help me solve the problem. Please I beg u stay clear. Employees steal
