Amy was awesome! She helped me get situated and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the unit and rental terms. Location is also great which is a straight shot/5-7 min drive from my apartment. Storage size is perfect for my needs and the facility was very clean and secure. I would definitely recommend this place to others for sure.

I've had a truly wonderful experience storing at this facility - it's clean, safe and accessible. Not to mention Barb is absolutely amazing! She's so sweet and helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure my things were stored properly. I can't speak more highly of this facility and the kind staff.

This place is great. Both the manager and assistant manager are very sweet people with great customer service skills. They make you feel welcome. The place itself is also very clean.

The customer service here is top notch. Barb was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I even had a bad experience with movers -- they were outright rude and offensive -- and she came to my defense. Larry was also very helpful. Overall the space was clean, convenient, and always accessible (I went mostly on the weekends and never had any trouble parking, loading or unloading).

I looked at Extra Space Storage and one other place before deciding on where to store a houseful of furniture while we are between places. Extra Space Storage was the clear winner! They had great prices and promotions, and were able to show me storage spaces right away. The storage spaces were clean and dry and renting was easy. The staff was friendly and thorough and I love that they require only two weeks notice to "move out". The location off of Fullerton right by the freeway is very convenient.

Barbara and the other staff are very friendly, cordial, professional and very helpful! The facility is very clean and temp controlled. Only downside is just one elevator, although wasn't a problem on our 2-day move in.

This place is awesome but Barbara is the reason I keep renewing (seven years now). We have a common storage facility for medical equipment and access is always easy with a secured door and elevator.
