no stars !!!!!! for manipulating me!!! i do not recamend this place, 3 months ago!!!!! $70 .......a month online 1/2 off 1st mo. sounded good ! then they tell you have to have insurance $13 a month. sounded ok seems i was already sitting their sighning up! now ! 3 mo. later i get a card in mail that in contract they just raised it!!! to. !!! nowwww $ 94 ....... a month

Cindy, insurance is optional if you already have homeowner's insurance to cover your belongings. We do sometimes need to raise our rent in order to keep up with costs associated with the cleanliness and security of the facility. Apologies for any inconvenience.
One price from the call center then the onsite manager calls back to give you the real price. I felt it was a bait & switch con job. They turned out to be the highest of the 4 I contacted. Total waste of my time.
Great storage facility but HIGHLY DISHONEST COMPANY!! They stole ~$165 dollars from me. In 2012 I had two storage units and verbally informed them that I was moving out, 30 days in advance. They said no problem, I would be pro-rated and insisted that everything was good. All verbally of course. Once I was out they told me it had to be in writing and that I should have read the fine print closer. The problem was that I was paid current for the whole month and they couldn't "reimburse" me. This place had some good and some not so good attributes. The good: Walked in to open a unit and was offered a great deal, cheaper than what I expected. The indoor units are not climate controlled but the buildings are very well insulated. Meaning that it doesn't get super hot or cold in the units ever. Not quite the same as climate controlled but nice. Especially in the summer. You can pay your bill online. The website is sort of weird but once you figure it out it does the job.
