We met with Johnny this morning at the Rancho location. He is a wealth of knowledge, very professional, trustworthy and polite. We definitely need more Johnny in this business. The facility is also clean and well maintained. These are the reasons we're returning customers. Keep up the good work Johnny!

Good people here. Well-managed facility. New manager and assistant (Ruben and Jessica). WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! These people are beyond helpful. Act and dress like professionals and really go the extra mile to help out. So much different than a couple of years ago.
The staff here is very polite, very professional. The property is unbelievably clean. I mean spotless. Plus it's right by the Roseville police department, you can't beat that!
Great experience with this location! Super low rate, really easy process to get started, convenient location and friendly staff. This is the first time I've rented a storage unit and it was a very easy, hassle free experience for me.
I reserved a space online for the discount. The size unit I wanted was unavailable so I was given a different sized unit for same discounted price by Christina and by Andres. This is the best Extra Space Storage company I have used. This is my 4th time using this company but this location has the best customer service. Andres was efficient, prompt, and very helpful. The place came up on a Google search and I expected something different in regards to the size of the storage. Yet, my husband and I satisfied overall. The service outweighed any other we have received.:)
We checked Yelp for storage places near our home and this was at the top of the list. I entered info online and was called a few minutes later. Price sounded good so I said I'd be there in a few days to start. The day before I called to reserve a moving truck and was told fine. We arrived on time and was told we're lucky the guy who reserved the truck didn't want it, so we could have it. So, that was a minor ding.
