As a long time tenant (two years), she was the person who kept me coming back and continuing to rent from this company and location. On the day that I received my rate increase notice, I screenshotted the rates for the 10x10 units on the website. My rate increase was "per market." I'll start off with the fact that the employees were nice and helped when called. The huge problem that I have is the fact that after a couple of months my rate skyrocketed without notice. When I called, the explanation was the rate changes as the economy requires. After reading the contract more closely, it does state that the rate can change at any time with a 30 day notification. I had been with this facility for about six years without any problems. Then kne day i go to my unit and realized it had been broken into. I notified management and called rancho PD to make a report. Then in about 8 months my unit was broken into again. So again i notified management and called the police and made a report. The first break in got ne for more than $7000 worth of stuff and the second time for about $4000. Beware of this place. I signed up in May of 2020 with a decent rate /of $69/month for a 5x15 space. Within 6 months they increased it to $75/month. Not that big a deal. Now, in October, and not more than a year later they are doubling my rate to $150/month. Total BS !! Beware the bait and switch Other than that, the place is great.

This place is Terrible!! You get what you pay for. Spend more for a nicer place. When I initially got the unit it was very small but affordable seemed safe with the security and looked clean!! Fast forward a few months. I noticed the unit next to me had a ton of rat droppings Rt in front of it starting around Mid June. I told the lady in the front and asked about it and what I can do. Do not store anything here! They sold my storage unit without sending me anything or calling! And yes I have phone records showing I never got anything from them! This is a horrible place to use!! The staff are heartless and didn't do anything to contact me!!! Stay away from them if you value your belongings!!! And I have a close friend who this crap company did the same thing to! Time to look for a lawyer!!!
Worst storage experience ever. I had a unit for a year and a half. I was moving out everything but a sofa. I needed a smaller unit for it. I went in 2 days early to handle this because I only had the movers that one morning. The man said he couldn't do it that day but would be in early Friday morning to take care of everything. Better read your lease agreement... you sign away all your rights to everything including their lack of security,very few low resolution cameras are placed covering all lanes of traffic and your storage unit can be broken into with no trace of who the bad guys were! If you move out early and have paid for the entire month in advance you get no prorated refund, unless you know ahead of time, so no last minute move outs. We were there many years and all that happened were the prices were raised, and we were broken into.

I'd like to give a good review but I have a couple issues I feel could be avoided. I'm currently starting my second month with a unit. First off, it's totally awesome they have a small moving truck available to use during your first 30 days BUT their policy and hours to use it are horrible. If someone rents it for the day and doesn't end up using it, all that happens is that person screwed over anyone else wanting to use it that day since you don't pay any sort of deposit until you come to take it.
