This place is horrible. The numbering system or storage units makes zero sense. I'm here helping a friend that has not been to their unit in over a year, and we can't find it, and the front desk is no help either.
Customer service is very poor, said they would give me a refund after I changed my mind and didn't move anything in within less than 24 hours of signing lease. Left multiple messages, finally called me back, representative was rude and abrasive. said it wasn;t their policy to issue refunds. Very heartless people over there. My father just passed away and we decided not to move any of his belongings. Heartless unthoughtful just about a dollar place! 0 rating! Used them once before but will NEVER again.....
