Just wait until your limited time, introductory offer price expires. Once that happens and it's too big of a pain to move your stuff, WHAM!!! Our fee went from $80 to $130 in one month! Over 1.5 times mot expensive. We'll be moving soon. Also, only the first floor is acceptable if you don't want your stuff to melt or overheat.

Wish I could leave no stars!!! Been a customer for over ten years. The fat Hispanic working yelled at my friend to put a shirt on while he moving the boxes into storage. It's 80 degrees outside and the sun is beating down on us. He's all comfy in his AC room. Worst customer service. Don't give them business
If there was a rating minus one star I would give it. This Storage Facility Extra Space Storage is like someone strong-arming the public with a license to do so. They get you in there facility with smooth talking then raise your rent soon after knowing that most people are stuck between a rock and a hard place when one needs to rent a Storage unit. They should be given an award for reaming customers to the Max !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE! Your rate will double after the first couple months with zero notice. Started out paying 100 a month and spiked to 245 after three months
Be careful of this place. While the units are clean and well maintained, make sure you have in writing the due date for your rent. Ours changed 3 times and in the end we got ripped off for an extra month of rent. Also, contrary to what another reviewer posted, we were told they do not prorate for half a month. Clean facility, but manager's word is not reliable.
The manager called Bernadette here is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. Not only did she speak to me in an abrupt, condescending way, she also put the phone down on me when I asked her for her superiors name. Because of her offensive, unprofessional attitude, extra space storage almost lost a long term customer but the lovely, polite, and compassionate lady called liza in customer services saved the day and helped me relocate to another location . Let me preface this by saying I've rented from Extra Space before. I don't have any issues with Extra Space as a company. I have an issue with Bernadette and her attitude. Before I had even rented the unit, she was very rude to me over the phone. Talking over me when I tried to ask questions. She has a ghetto attitude and just made the whole process much more difficult than it needed to be. This woman should not be in customer service. This review is for customer service not for the space itself. The storage space look very clean and even though I ended renting the unit I have to share my experience dealing with Bernadette. First, she looked like she was having those really bad days, she answered the phone and was very mean with the people on the phone, so that made me realize it was not personal. I've never made a bad review of anywhere before but this place is just awful. The RUDEST staff I have ever encountered before in my life. There is literally ONE friendly employee. If I could give 0 stars I would. So when we moved our stuff in we were given zero information about the place and rushed through contact singing (which you don't even sign you just click) every time we tried to stop and read it we were told to just sign.
