This place is great. It is clean, has 24 hour access, reasonable rates, good location for an entertainment company. They recently repaved their lot, so it feels very new. We had been with them for over 4 years but decided it was time to give up the storage as we had available space in our leased building. I misunderstood their policy, thought we had to pay as usual (up front) for the month, but then we could leave early and have a pro-rated refund. I've looked at many different storage places and came across this one. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Bernadette was very helpful in assisting me in my storage needs. The storage places are spacious and very clean. Reasonable pricing as well. I highly recommend renting storage from here.
This place was perfect for what I was looking for in Burbank. The staff was very helpful and quick at getting me what I needed, the documentation process was quick and easy. They even sale the good quality code lock for your storage space. No need to stop by the Hardware store. The facility is well maintain, too.
This place is fantastic and the staff are kind and congenial. The space is clean looking and I feel very safe leaving my valuables here.

Higher level manager called me to apologize after my access had been denied. He understood that my plans had been pushed back a few weeks because of a lift gate that gets stuck. He also understood that I have lost a lot if money. I appreciate the respect and the attention given to me. I told 'em I'd stay but they still haven't fixed the lift gate. Bizarre how their maintenance guy can't add a little oil to the right places.

No matter what don't come here go elsewhere. On top of dealing with some of the worst customer service you will also Be dealing with thieves. I admittedly fell behind on my payments and my unit was in danger of being auctioned. They use this opportunity to cut your lock and go through your storage to pick and choose stuff they want to steal from you because they're allowed to go thru it legally. Terrible customer service & discriminatory practices in office. waited 30 minutes outside locked office during business hours. an existing customer was perplexed as he needed to use the restroom. Site Manager has major attitude and apparently denies Extra Storage business due to lack of professionalism. Also lied and said an available unit had been rented out because she likes to discriminate.
