Staff is helpful, nice and willing to go the extra mile. Haven't had any bad things happen to my stuff. So I think its the best place to go.

Wish there was a zero star option, staff are horrible. Lack of security for sure, they often get storages broke into in plenty day light inside jobs for sure no one never knows anything or sees anything and the "manager" lives there

This storage place only has good 5 star reviews because they give you a free lock if you put a good review. However is horrible, we got all our belongings stolen around 10:30am on a weekday and no one saw or heard anything. Manager lived on site and was nowhere to be found, the person who goes around property saw out storage broken into and didn't say anything only wrote a note that our storage was open. I have to agree with Kelsey A, this was a bad experience. I purposely did not purchase rental insurance because I was told they had cameras everywhere (even confirmed in an email). Recently they broke into my unit, in fact, all the units on my row. We filed a police report, and turns out they DO NOT HAVE cameras. Only grainy, cheap cameras in the front. Please be advised and do research when looking for a facility to store your items. This one was inexpensive and fit my budget at the time of renting. However the facility itself is outdated, a little run down and have lack of surveillance/security. I also want to preface this with the assistant manager was doing his job and I understand that he was just doing his job. He did everything he can to assist me at the time. I tented a unit at the extra space in Hesperia. That one was nice and clean. This one has lights that don't work, no cameras , a ridiculously high late fee too. The employee I have dealt with with was kind. Recently I went in needing a cart. I saw one in the office with sone small boxes on it. They told me they had no carts available. Three times I've been there and they never have a cart available. It messy and I regret renting a unit there

You get what you pay for. Storing here less than 1 month before our property was stolen. No clue how someone got in and was able to steal our stuff. This place does not have good security. Police said it's a common occurrence at this location. Do not store anything of value here.

I am so impressed with rae and the people that work there. I needed help putting a glass table into storage unit and rae and her employee helped me. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone that was looking for one.
