I was needing a bit of extra space in my room when I went online to see about renting a storage unit. Initially I was geared towards public storage but with this COVID pandemic going on most of these units were taken and all that was available was larger units for storage of furniture etc. Not what I was looking for... I came across this place which I didn't know even exist, and decided to give them a call despite the negative reviews I read. Everyone in the office and on the phone has been nothing but helpful to us. This is our second summer rental in a row and we will be coming back next summer!

So far so good! The ladies there are very helpful, friendly, and funny. She showed us 2 units, helped us re-find the unit in the maze, and did her very best to help us with what was available at a reasonable price compared to others. If you tell them a lower value amount of your stuff the insurance is cheaper and she will let you know how much is covered in case of damage/ theft. Again so far so good. This is our first month going on 2 in a few days.
Its funny how these people give bad reviews. I have been a loyal customer at this facility for 6 yrs. The employees have always been courtesy, respectful, going the extra mile. There are times when I am in the office paying my bill and see and hear them getting yelled disrespectful. But they maintain their composer. Maybe if people would pay their bills on time , making excuse not to pay their bills. You wouldn't have a problem. Theses employees are just doing their job. The management here is superb! I have been so impressed with this company, the staff and the fabulous prices. I've only had my stuff there a few days but have been very satisfied wit the unit, the security and the convenience. I hope there are no surprises like excessive and frequent rent increases etc.
I reserved my storage last week, got a quick phone call shortly after from Joe the Assistant Manager there to make sure I had all the info and ready to move in. Moved in the next day to a 5X10 unit.. it might not have been as easy as my move to my unit in Fontana a few years back since my unit is now upstairs but with the cart provided and the elevator it literally took me no more than 30 minutes to move all my stuff in so I can't complain. Great staff that is really helpful. Always took care of me and my needs. I am sad that my office moved me and I had to move to another extra space storage.
