Haven't had too many problems here but my issue is with the frequent price increases. They raised my rates almost immediately...basically let me move all my stuff in then raised my rent since I wouldn't want to move out at that time. This happened about 2 months after starting the space. Now about 6 months later they raised the rates again (a total of a 50% increase since I first moved in)! If you want rat droppings & urine ALL over your stuff and inside your boxes, then leave it here. The staff are nice, but the facilities are not kept up & they allow maintenance personnel to enter your unit & they toss things around that are moveable, & open your boxes, peel back the tape & then try to press it back. If I ever need to store anything again, I'll check the blogs and ask to see the inside of some of the units.
