If i could give 0 stars i would!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE!! they accuse people of theft and have no evidence when asked for video they could not show my friend. Now they kicked him out. And refuse to allow him to have any help moving. He has been nothing but professional and respectful. What is it with business is they feel we owe them something when if it wasnt for people like us they would have no job. Get some training guys

STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!! They increase prices randomly every 3-4 months you will get a decent deal for the first 6 months then price increases will happen continuously our unit monthly cost has gone up OVER 100%! Find a place that might have an initial price higher but will not constantly jack up the rent. Don't forget they make you pay for insurance even if you have your own insurance that price is not listed online. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy.
Stay away from this storage facility. Extremely poor customer service and the desk representatives lie about the company policy. I reserved the unit online, THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT PURCHASING INSURANCE IS REQUIRED. When I went into the facility to complete the rental paperwork, I was told that I had to pay for insurance despite the fact that I have homeowners insurance. I've now been with this facility for about six months and I am really not that impressed. It's a basic storage facility, nothing special but pretty cheaply priced so you get what you pay for. The hallways, units, and carts are all pretty basic and show lots of wear and tear. Customer service is good enough, the girl that helped me with my move in was very friendly and helpful. Before signing up I look up other storage places, extra space storage had the best prices and great reviews. Erika sign me up and give me all instructions. I was there Monday 10/19/15 about 6pm and came across trouble with the elevator. After a few failed attempts I went to the office and ask for help. Two girls were there and one responded don't look at me so the second girl had no choice but to help me. These people are the rudest ever. They have rats and all the stuff the rats chewed on we left when we cleaned out our storage. They called us up and threaten us to take to collections for 150. If we didn't come back. Why should we clean up after your rodents. First our 300 sofa and now all my pics and a lot of other stuff unreal. I posted pics of the rat and trap that was in our storage. One star for this place is to much. There are rats in this place and when your stuff gets damaged your not compensated fully our couch was rat bitten an torn up a 400.00 couch and all they would do is give us one free month. that was no where near the 400.00 value of our couch. DO NOT STORE HEAR THEY HAVE RATS.
When I stored my stuff here a few years back the staff was rude, not nice and friendly. The units had bugs crawling about them. None of the clients here ever returned the moving carts back to the designated areas, leaving you searching the grounds just to find one. No lighting inside the storage units themselves leaving you struggling with the light from the halls, or moving your stuff in the middle of the heat of the day. Saturday morning am calling around looking for a decent priced storage for my bins. I spoke to sweet & enthusiastic Holly from Extra space storage i found them in the phone book.
