We moved a household out from the east coast... and were looking for 2 reasonably priced units. Not easy to find in SD! Extra Space seemed ok... until they blew the price up significantly. I understand some increase, but this was a lot! I called to negotiate but the guy on the phone was rude and impatient. His supervisor was helpful, but none deserves a Loyd voice talking over you. Best storage place! First impression when calling was excellent. Went over everything thoroughly. I made a reservation and went in to view unit after work. I was met by Joy who gave me a tour of the facility. Extremely helpful and friendly. They actually have carts to help you move. That is a plus! Very secure place. On site manager Tony very helpful. Hours are early and open 7 days a week!! Price is right. Rent with Extra Space. They have elevators too

Good service, rental spaces are what they say. The price for a 10x10 is a little too high if you ask me, maybe they raise the prices on those 10x10 units due to inflation, who knows. However, the price for the 5x5 is very reasonable and affordable.

Tony, the manager, was very helpful and professional when I came in to reserve some storage spaces. Although I didn't get the size I originally wanted, due to no availability, Tony helped me figure out the next best size option for me to get. Very friendly and definitely knowledgeable in the work that he does

I'm new to the Storage Facility, but I can say that the help I received from Joy, I believe her name was, was over the top. She helped navigate me from the keypad at the gate entrance all the way to my storage unit. Honestly, if I had to do all of that by myself, I would've been lost. Joy was super accommodating and I appreciate the help. Great Customer Service!
