Joy and Alana took the time to listen to my issues and complaints, appreciated that I've been a long term customer, and came up with a solution that made me happy. Very impressed with Extra Space Storage and the way Assistant Manager Joy dealt with my situation.

Great customer service, price was good and the security was excellent.
Secure location. Attentive and friendly staff. Very clean, probably the best kept public storage facility I've seen. Their customer service center is friendly and helpful too, you feel like you business is valued.
I had an amazing experience and the staff was very helpful and well educated about their facilities I answered all my questions as more than helpful to go over anything I needed and willing and happy to be there. I would highly recommend the facility to anybody that needed a storage unit for whatever reason.
The employee that I dealt with was very nice and understood my needs. I got my unit and it’s clean along with the rest of the building. I’m very happy with my choice.
