I'm a Realtor and often have clients with storage needs. I recently had a last minute request from a seller to find storage for belongings from a home to be sold. When I needed a storage facility that was clean and safe for my belongings Richelle at Extra Space was available, friendly and able to accommodate my schedule. Great customer service. I had to move and needed an affordable storage unit. Thank you to Rochelle and Pat!! Everything was simple. They both were able to answer all my questions.No one likes to move so if things can go smoothly it's great. My storage is in El Cajon off E Main Very clean and neat. Camera security and live on. I am very confident that I choose the right place.!!

Great facility!!! The Manager was Super nice and help us a lot on everything. The Location looks super Clean and Safe. Definitely i will come back to this Storage Facility...The best Place to Storage my Belongings without pay hidden Fees...Thank you!!

One 3 words ask for Seandra !!!! She has been very very helpful , polite , and professional. From customer service over the phone to in person meeting. I schedule a HUGE storage and she was able to assist and hold and did many follow up calls which helped because I'm very forgetful on scheduling and timing. The facility is very well kept and secure plenty cameras and A/C in some units. I needed a storage for less than a month and she made sure I got the best deal. Yesterday I called Extra Space Storage to find out about renting a unit. The man I spoke with on the phone named Mickey was such a nice older gentleman. He was super friendly and acted like he really enjoyed working at his job. Most people don't really want to help you, it's like your interrupting them. My experience with extra space storage has been phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a 5x10 unit and unfortunately there were non available at the time so Seandra stayed in contact with me & updated me when a unit was available. Seandra was very helpful & gave me all necessary information as well as answered any questions I had.
