This place is shit and it's always empty no customers because they do a low price to move in and then after two months, they changed the price they double triple it they are cheapskate scumbags just go to any other storage or Mom and Pop storage company and pay them because they'll just ExtraSpace storage is a greedy company and that's why they have a bunch of empty units not being rented out because they tripled the price after you move in. Do not go here.

Beware, their rates will start going up quick on you and it's about 40$ every year or month base on them wanting to charge you. I had to move my stuff quick due being charged nearly 400$. Started at 250$ and every month it kept creeping up. It's a nice facility but paying 400$ can't do it. Living in California is expensive enough.

The worst rental storage I have seen ever I don't recommend to anyone when you go there they gonna tell you $120 a month . But next one they're gonna charge you more and more every month is different.

Just got my September bill for a 10x10... $399!! No notice no explanation. When I called and wanted to speak to someone the call was cut after 2 rings. I'm FURIOUS. It's advertised on their website as 124, which is what we paid when we started out. A year later it's more than doubled. Just disgusting business practice. I am FLOORED.

Dump! I cannot believe this place hasnt been reported. These people are money hungry, charging me for insurance for 5 months, and trust me I have called, and I was told to go in person to remove the insurance. So I went in person to take it off, but the "computer isnt working"! Smfh. I never asked for insurance since the day I bought the storage. The rates go up every 6 months but nothing change in the space that your paying, there excuses is because they base the increase of space in the economy. but they don't think about the people who don't have the same privilege that they have and there corporations and is making money even if they don't charge the increase but they don't care because all think about is themselves and how to make more money and become more richer.

Thousands of cockroaches on the 3rd floor. I opened up my unit after being gone for 6 months and it is infested with little brown german cockroaches. They are in my boxes, in the clothes, everything is fucking junk now.

They raise your monthly shortly after you move in. It is in the fine print of your contract. Just a heads up: "Customer's Rental Terms May Change with 30 Days' Notice. Customer acknowledges this Lease is month to month and that Owner may change or increase Customer's Monthly Rental Charge, fees and charges, due to changes in market conditions or for any other reason at any time upon 30 days' notice to Customer."

i wish i could put a minus. never ever use extra space storage_ they constantly raise the rates!!! awful. before you know it it's double! they should be busted with a class action lawsuit.
