Today I received a call from Jose informing me of a issue with my Automatic Payment. Jose was concerned I was going to be charged a late fee because my Automatic Payment wasn't set up.. Jose took the time to contact me and within lees then 5 minutes he had my Automatic Payment setup and I avoided all the late fees. Thank You Jose it was a pleasure talking with you today!! 🙂
