The facility I stored my items was located on Bardstown Road in Louisville, KY. Security is virtually non-existent. They have numerous break-ins and have made great efforts to keep the people renting the lockers from knowing about them. None of these crimes are ever solved, and stolen items never recovered. Despite reassurances that they are correcting the problems, that is just completely untrue and break-ins with entire lockers trashed and pilfered is a recurrent problem. Facility smells of mildew and urine. Routinely poor customer service. Wish I had went with a different company for my needs
