A warm welcome call came in soon after I reserved an unit online. When I called back, the facility manger provided me more price options and helped me to chose a better package than my online discount. This shows that the company's value is to won long-term customers. In addition, I was impressed by the efficiency and clearness of the facility when I moved in. Six stars out of five.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property manager, Cameron, let me look at different units and helped me figure out which unit was the best for me based off of price and space. He was also nice enough to reserve a unit that I was interested in, with a discounted price based on their website, until I was ready to move in at the end of the week. His customer service, along with the convenience of location, is what made me choose this place.
