This place has great customer service and very clean facility. I would recommend this place to family if they ever need a storage place and it's very easy to get into once you're all set up. Jenna who works in the office was also very friendly.

The customer service that Carlos provided me was very helpful and professional. Great customer service Carlos. Please keep it up. I've been a customer for about 2 years now and I can say that they are quick to answer questions and help you solve the problems. I also want to mention that the representative has the patience to help you out. I will highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a place to store their items.

Customer service is amazing. storage facility is very clean and well kept it's also high tech security so you don't have to worry. staff is amazing as well they are quick at responding as well check them out for all your storage needs. I apologize for the lateness of this review. My experience with Extra Space Storage is in Kapolei is always awesome. I had used them two years earlier and went to see them in September on short notice. I really needed a unit, couldn't find one on-line, so I went to the store. I was in need of a storage facility so I reserved on online. They don't have the largest one available so I reserved a medium size. Within hours, Cameron called and explained my reservation to me and answered my questions. He even told me that he has a large unit and gave me the price and promotional discounts. At that time I could not confirm everything so he held the unit with no guarantee it would be available since I had to talk to my family about it.
