Sheri was most helpful in getting my unit secured in VA. Also being able to use the truck to move boxes is going to be of great value. I definitely recommend Sheri and the storage service the provide.

This place! It's the place to store! The property is great, and the staff is super friendly! I worked with Sherri and she's been so super helpful! I'm sure they will take great care of my items while it's at there facility! Very pleased, thanks so much for the great service:)

Someone finally contacted me about my issues. I worked with Sherri and she has been so helpful. I have decided to stay a little longer. The price is about half compared to their competitors. I'm still unpleased with the previous experience, but Sherri has been so helpful I wanted to at least update my rating.

The staff at Extra Space Storage were very nice and helpful. They took the time to show me a number of lockers before I decided which one to take. The buildings are in good shape and ease of getting in and out of the facility is very good. Carts always available when you need one.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a storage unit from this company. Sheri Afoa helped us out. Although she was the only one there working that day she handled herself very well. She always apologized to us because we were waiting, even though we told her she was okay :) Awesome customer service! She was also very informative as to how everything works at the storage facility and the payment plan. 5 stars for A class service.

FIVE STARS for the STAFF and the STORAGE ! MOVING HOUSE HOLDS ??? Yoou need a VAN ! they have it, I mean they have it all ! Sheri, Josh and the other gal( sorry didnt see name tag) at the office are fantastic !! They met my needs as you all know MOVING house holds sucks. They were a tremendous help ! and I give 5 STARS ! I really do love this place. We had our household goods all over the world. When we were finally able to consolidate it here in Kapolei, I started the task of interviewing facilities. Some were nice; others were fancy; some cheap; and some had the frills. But Extra Space storage had several features that beat the competition hands down....they explained their pricing honestly; kept great care of the facility; and the staff were nothing but spectacular. Absolutely perfect service.
