I never take the time to write reviews but Cameron at Extra Space Storage did an outstanding job (If management is reading this, this man deserves a RAISE he is an ASSET to your company ). He was professional, helpful, and concise, and he did a great job running the different payment options helping us to get the best deal for our money. This place is so immaculate you could almost eat off the floors. Christina was the lady who helped me. She went over everything I needed to know and just couldn't have been friendlier. I didn't get the other lady's name but both of them.were so nice and helpful.The public areas and individual storage units are all in top shape, like brand new. Let me just say that Sheri and Kellie took great care of me and our storage needs! When Kellie went through the lease with me, she made sure I understood the terms clearly. I needed to rent a storage unit so I could start the fun process of moving homes and actually thought I was going to the other Extra Space Storage that has better reviews - turns out they are really close to each other and I accidentally put in the address to this facility. It was a GREAT mistake on my part. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed in regards to the amount of space so Kellie (she was AWESOME!) showed me a few units and I picked out one that I thought would work well. I just rented a unit there, the staffs were great and very pleasant. The staff knew what they are doing and they work with me to get the best available storage. I just have to wait and see if my household goods will stay in good conditions for the long durations. steve C
