I needed a storage unit after my bf and I broke up. I found this place since it is close to where I am currently living. They had told me the unit I got was $129. They had a sign that is out in the front advertising first month free and the first time I went there to look at the place, someone told me yes that is true. When I finally went in to sign the documents, I was told it is no longer valid and the promotion expired yesterday. So here I am thinking they just have not had time to take it down yet. I stored my stuff here two months ago. I had a very bad experience there was false advertisement it said the first months rent was a dollar. Once I chose the unit that I wanted and it was time to pay that's when they told me that the unit I just picked was not on the special one dollar for the unit i chose. Then they talked me into staying there and they gave me half off. Then after 3 months they raise the rent on me

I have been with this facility for about 3 years now and though it was easy to get in and the rent was reasonable they are always raising the rent once your in. I would suggest if you do get a unit from this place that you pay at least a year in advance so you don't get hit with rent increases for a while. They had just raised my rent 2 months ago and now they are raising it again another $30.00 more per month. I have had about 5 increases so far. I 've been rented a space here for six months and they are increasing my rent of $82 to $142. Is this a good storage facility?

Cindy the manager of this facility has very poor customer service. She always has an attitude while talking to people. I don't think having new business is of importance to this lady or this company. I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless they enjoy being talked to in a very condescending manner. My advice to the company is choose the managers with an extra ordinary customer service skills not with lack of customer service skills. I am unhappy with their policies and the management who won't explain the reason behind them. This storage company recently got bought out from a private business to a chain storage facility. They require way too much personal information and the manager won't explain why merely says it is for "safety" and if you don't like their policies you can leave. I have used this place for years without all my personal info. but now they want my birthdate, a copy of my license, my insurance policy, car's VIN #, and even my fingerprint... read more
