I just recently cleared out my space as I moved to a different county, and the staff were very helpful and checked in with me several times. I didn't have ANY boxes, and thankfully they had boxes I could get and a dolly I could borrow. They're very reasonably priced and helpful. If the rate increased for whatever reason, they made sure I was notified. Would recommend. Thanks for your help and understanding.

My boyfriend has been with Extra storage for about a year and I needed a storage unit. He referred me to them and I have been nothing but pleased. The staff was friendly and helped me find the best storage for my money. It is a clean unit and never had problems with bugs or anyone tampering with anything. We experienced good customer service here, but decided to rent at different Extra Space Storage in Santa Clara due to location. Unfortunately, we had some stuff stolen from that other Extra Space Storage (100 De La Cruz Blvd) location and if I had to do it over again, I would have tried this place instead.

The staff and owner are great people, I moved from Wisconsin to California and choose this storage place for my things and have had nothing but great results. This is a very clean storage inside and out and they have a clean bathroom for use while on the property, I would Highly recommend to all, and would always rent a storage here in the future!! Keep up the Good work and Kuddos!!

This was an excellent choice!! Great, friendly service with awesome prices. This is a step up from your normal public storage if you are in this area and need a safe place to store your personals then extra storage is the place for you!!

Very helpful and attentive staff. Place is immaculate and spotless. After reserving on line I received a call to confirm my appointment time I set up 2 days later. Arrived on site 2 days later, quick tour of the facility completed the paperwork and in 15 mins I was all set up. Impressed !

Moving is challenging time for everyone. I picked this location for the proximity to my temporary home and my business. Right after I reserved my storage space online, a person called to welcome me and suggested to come in to see the unit to make sure it will fit my needs and to take care of rental agreement instead if doing it on the day of the move. The service is exemplary. The facility is new and extremely well-maintained. Security is managed with high-tech technology that keeps track of everyone on the premises and which units are open. They gave me the internet quoted price which is saving me over $10 a month. I have used Extra Space Storage in NC before and was happy with the service, and this location is no exception. Thank you for being the best in class.
