Scumbag fucks. I called them to check on their advertised rate (which was in no way advertised as a promotion) and to ask the guy on the line frankly if they would pull some bait and switch rate change on their rates, and he said that he didn't know how they adjust rates but in the last 9 months he was there no rates were changed. Lo and behold I get my stuff moved in around Oct, and it ain't even January yet and after charging me twice the amount in Oct than the advertised rate (for first month they say), they raised my ra... read more

My 5 x 10 storage unit went from initial move in price of $62 to $132 in less than six months. It's a new facility and they banked on luring tenants from other facilities with low price come-ons. I guess it worked. Don't get fooled like I did. Now, I regret moving there at all. I have to spend my time resorting and stuffing and re-packing. UGH! BTW, I never blame the hard-working staff. Received notice from them that they are going to construct a new building in the rear parking lot beginning July 15 and if I don't remove my vehicle by the 13th they will have it towed. I can understand that they may want a new building, but they have certainly known about this for quite awhile if they are starting construction in 28 days and common courtesy would have been to provide parking spot renters more advance notice without the threat of towing.
Words -- nor star ratings -- can communicate how much I regret storing my belongings at this place. I was ROBBED. Cleaned out. I had an interior unit in the climate controlled section. Irreplaceable artwork and belongings were being stored there short-term as I moved households, since I thought it would be safer and the artwork required climate control. New management is very nice but Shannon and Jason here a very late my time and miss them a lot hope they're doing ok at new jobs was shocked to go in one day after just talks my to them week before and they were gone with no explanation good given other then they just weren't there anymore very sad they were there a very long time
DO NOT RENT HERE..........BEWARE!! The least friendly manager or person i have ever met. Cindy i think her name is, was the most negative person i have ever met. Complaining and talking bad about things she had no business speaking of. I own a moving company, and was moving a client out of two units here, so we experienced her for a 6 hour period. My experience with this storage facility was absolutely wonderful until the store manager by the name of Cindy Hallam completely ruined it. I called to reschedule the "Free Truck Rental" on the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck. Something that should have only taken 5 minutes turned into a 15 minutes of rant from her. I tried to tell her if no suitable reschedule date can be arranged, I'll just pick up the truck as originally planned but she cut me off mid-sentence every single time. By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. From the facilities manager CINDY, to the District Manager MIKE Hurst. Do not be fooled by their 4.5 star reviews. I usually do not feel the need to complain or write bad reviews, but what I am about to tell you will help you see why. cons: they are strict and authoritative. The prices soared up suddenly . pros: Very clean, highly secured. easy online payments. The prices were very inexpensive for parking my car for the first 7 months. ( last 2 months it became 75% higher!!!).
