Completed much of check-in on line & over phone. Richard is easy going and helpful & made the process smooth & painless. The unit itself is in good shape; unlike some units I have and have had in past, no rat poison in unit (great!), & no need to juggle door up & down to get latch to close and lock. All in all a very easy check-in and positive experience. Thank you, Richard & Extra Space Storage!

I moved into a storage unit at Extra Space and Taylor and Anthony were incredibly helpful and friendly. Taylor was still training and he did a fantastic job. Both of them were the nicest they could be. When I reserved the unit I spoke with Britney and she was just as friendly as well. If you're looking for a place to store your things, definitely check out this location on Scott Blvd in Santa Clara!

This was a great experience. Not only was the move in easy, everything was explained very well. They have the app on your phone so getting in and out of the security gate is easy and quick. And when I switched my credit card and forgot to tell them they reached out instead of adding late charges and they were very gracious when I moved out also.

I needed to keep my sister's staff for 3 months and it was huge. She had so many things that I had to find a storage. Researched and got to Extraspace. These guys are so quick. I got my storage in 5 mins over the phone and moved items there in 1 hour. Highly recommended!
