I was a long time customer at a different "big name" storage place with the same features as Extra Space Storage (inside unit, temp controlled). Finally had it with the other place's continuous price increases. So I took the plunge and checked out Extra Space. There are five real near by. The storage unit is very clean and number of trolleys are available for moving. And wonderful customer service. Explaining everything clearly, not hesitating to explaining or walk through the storage unit. Overall it was the best storage unit experience

We came in today to rent a small space storage space. Made a call to a number listed on a google site- it was a central/ corporate office. My initial questions were answered and I scheduled an appointment today to see the storage site and unit. Within minutes, Brittany ( Assistant Store Manager) called to confirm my appointment and gave me the opportunity to ask more questions and provide additional information as requested.
