Have had a long standing rental & staff always courteous & helpful. In process of vacating unit this month but had to extend date twice due to logistics hiccup with another party. Both Amanda & Jasmine have been able to accommodate in addition to advising I can get a third if need be. If I'm ever in need of storage in the future they can count on my repeat business.

Prices are somewhat reasonable if not a bit on the higher side. That said, Amanda at the onsite office is very nice, understanding, and accommodating. Great place to store your stuff, great ppl onsite, safe and well kept. .

I have had the best experience dealing with the Arjon location. The onsite manager, Juana is helpful and responds quickly to any of my concerns! I have been with them since June 2023 and every time I deal with Juana she exceeds my expectations for service! Thank you for the consistent, superior service, Juana!

The service here at the 8038 Arjons Drive is amazing. Both Manager Juana and assistant manager Amanda are the most friendly and helpful I have ever met in this industry and I have used mini storage for over 25 years!

.I have had a storage here for about 15 years and the personal have always been very kind and helpful. My only concern is the monthly rates. I know the price of storage keep going up everywhere but I just feel it should be taken into consideration how long the Tennant's have been there when the rates change. Other then that it's a great place to store your things.
This unit is on the second level in a conditioned space, I never had a single problem in 6 years. Everyone I interacted with was nice and agreeable over that period of time. I will say that the prices drastically increased from $90 to almost $294 in that time period. The main reason I had to leave this place is a) I could no longer afford to keep my items there and b) I realized I did not need those items anymore.
