We had a great experience storing all our possessions at the Arjons Dr. Extra Space Storage. For over one year we placed our trust in the efficient and capable hands of Mike, Store Manager and Sara, Acct. Mgr. to take care of our possessions. Really good storage unit . 10x10. Costed about 106 a month and first month was half off.
It is clean and units are easy to access. I rented the unit remotely with a phone call, as I was moving from Simi Valley. Sarah was extremely helpful, even about the area, and arranged for me to do the paperwork at an Extra Storage in Simi. I arrived on Sunday with a full truck load, and found the unit with a lock on it, and the office is closed on Sundays. 5 stars for Mike's superb customer service. Just awesome how he took car of me within 15mins. Quick, precise and a great experience doing business with him. Place is clean and has friendly staff. Great value. It would be nice if there were trash bins inside the storage to conveniently throw away trash. Also, it would help if we were given the bathroom code. I Came here after hours so the office was closed so I couldn't ask for the code and use the restroom.. Another time the bathroom was locked due to a plumbing issue. Thats quite an inconvenience.
Mike and Sarah at Extra Space Storage are just GREAT! For the initial call, they were so helpful and pleasant! They gave us great advice on movers and the area. They follow-up with us on our reservations and made us feel at ease! When we arrived, they were so welcoming and friendly!! Our facility is very very clean and they could not be more helpful with our move-in. What a great experience!

Sara and Mike and Michael are the best and it's a pleasure to work with them. Every time we extremely need a storage locker they are always there to help. I have no words to express my heartfelt thanks to this guys.
About 2 years ago, I was on a hunt for a good-size storage unit (for an affordable price). After some research, I found that Extra Space Storage offered the best deal around the area.
