Called from Colorado, about a month and a half before our move, and they were great. Mike and Christine were both awesome. They told me to wait until 4 weeks before the move and then they could confirm a space. I asked if there was any way to call to remind me and they did! Got me all set up, gave the correct directions and then called two days ahead of time to see how we were doing. So helpful and courteous. Looked the extra calls - so much personalized time with us. All I have to say, is that Bill is an excellent manager. He was very helpful and super nice when we rented a unit, so if you are looking for a storage facility with a top notch staff this is the place.

I've been a customer since August of 2010 and have had no problems with Extra Space Storage. Bill, the site manager, is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your storage needs. Affordable prices and great benefits for referring friends.

Bill really cares about his customers, he will always give you a call and remind to pay before the due date, so you will avoid a late payment fee.. Their prices are very competitive. And the gate hours are from 6am to 10 pm 7 days a week, which is very convenient.

Stay clear of this place! Rent goes up every month! And the lies about promotions! Don't fall victim to their scams. They will tell you to get a bigger space at a price of a small one and flip it amd raise the price within the month of moving!

Do not in any circumstances rent a storage unit with this location. The manager on duty, Amanda is useless at best. Her defensive attitude towards my boyfriend was not ok. They simply do not care here, even if thousands of stuff was stolen. SEVEN, that's right SEVEN storage units were broken into while she was on duty during business hours. She only alerted us almost a day and a half after it had happened and police came out. Don't you think you'd let the renter know right away? How can you trust someone like this. Again ... read more
