About 2 years ago, I was on a hunt for a good-size storage unit (for an affordable price). After some research, I found that Extra Space Storage offered the best deal around the area. I've been a happy customer since! Mike and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Called from Colorado, about a month and a half before our move, and they were great. Mike and Christine were both awesome. They told me to wait until 4 weeks before the move and then they could confirm a space. I asked if there was any way to call to remind me and they did! Got me all set up, gave the correct directions and then called two days ahead of time to see how we were doing. So helpful and courteous. Looked the extra calls - so much personalized time with us. All I have to say, is that Bill is an excellent manager. He was very helpful and super nice when we rented a unit, so if you are looking for a storage facility with a top notch staff this is the place.

I've been a customer since August of 2010 and have had no problems with Extra Space Storage. Bill, the site manager, is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your storage needs. Affordable prices and great benefits for referring friends.

Bill really cares about his customers, he will always give you a call and remind to pay before the due date, so you will avoid a late payment fee.. Their prices are very competitive. And the gate hours are from 6am to 10 pm 7 days a week, which is very convenient.

This place is disgusting and filled with mold! Most my furniture is ruined because of it. They also randomly hike the prices up every other month for no justifiable reason other than "Because its what we do". My unit continues to be trespassed! There are no cameras to provide you security or to fight back against illegal trespassing. RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. TRUE NIGHTMARE!!!!
