I ended up getting a great deal on a 10'x10' that comfortably holds the stuff of a small studio/ 1 bedroom. I like the accessible hours and definitely take advantage of them.
Mike was an amazing manager and was so compassionate towards his customers. He would always offer me water or help when i needed it. The storage was perfect,clean, spacious and the customer service was amazing! Thank you mike! If we ever need storage again this is definitely were we will go
Just moved to San Diego this week and I struck gold with this place. Extremely affordable and the manager, Mike, is literally the nicest guy I've met in San Diego so far. We talked for over an hour yesterday about all the cool stuff to do in the area. Extremely understanding and 100% willing to go the extra mile for anyone. This particular location was awesome. Mike, the manager, as well as his staff were very friendly and really made me feel like my belongings would be secure in their facility. He also made sure that I was happy with the space. I grew concerned that it would not be big enough after seeing how much stuff I actually owned and Mike said not to worry about it - if I needed extra space we would figure it out together. This is the best storage service I have found in San Diego. Excellent customer service! Site Manager Mike is very professional, helpful and fair. Mike goes above and beyond and I see in previous reviews Mike is consistent. I hope you come to this company first! Wish I had!!
This location has the best staff and it is always clean and safe. I've rented here for years with multiple units and have always felt that my units are safe, secure and that the staff cares about there location.
I just started renting here at the end of May - my husband and I got a 10x10 at a great web rate to store our larger furniture while we save to buy a house. Mike was so super helpful in getting us all set up. I had one issue with the processing of my renter's insurance paperwork, and Mike handled it quickly and smoothly. I have to say that his customer service skills are superb and I really feel like we made a good decision with this storage unit (it being our first and all). Thanks Mike!
The manager there is a super cool guy who actually wants to help you out. I tried downsizing to a smaller unit and since I couldn't put it on hold, the manager would e-mail/call me to make sure if you still wanted the extra space (since existing customers can't reserve open lots.) Overall, their prices are fair and they treat their customers with integrity.
