Everything was perfect ! The customer service is impeccable unlike any other. They really show compassion and care when it's needed the most. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs and expectations were met. I was treated as if I were part of there family. I would recommend this location hands down. Kim and Tony are the best !!!

I have been using Extra Space since 2017 & they have always been so wonderful! The staff has always been so helpful and Kim has always been wonderful to me and very professional! Customer service is hard to come by these days, but Extra space has always been great!

Amazing we had the unit for an entire year. It was enclosed and ventilated everytime we went to check our unit it was clean and organized. We just finally purchased our first home and it's nice to know our things were protected. Kimberly was exceptional assisting us with closing out the unit and went over all the things needed to make sure it's a clean exit. Thank you extra space. Needed a storage with climate control. Extra Space Storage on Perris is very well kept. no appointment, no reservation, we walked in to ask if anything was available. Tony welcomed us in, asked the important questions as far as size needed and length of time we would need to rent. He was very helpful, extremely informative and made sure we got exactly what we needed. So glad we stopped in!
