I moved out of my storage on February 2, 2025 and it was paid in full. I spoke to a young man on the phone and told him my move out date. Five of my friends with 3 trucks moved everything out of my unit. In February I got a call stating that I need to pay for my storage unit. My mother pays $300 a month with rent continually increasing. Shes been there 13 years, and our belongings are completed destroyed due to an active rat infestation. I was literally in a mask and gloves trying to take photos as rats were still in my unit, as of yesterday. There are fresh rat droppings in the hallways and front door to unit. Paid premium for "Climate Control". Their Climate control unit was broken for several months. I had a big RAT infestation with rat feces everywhere. Finally moved out and found water damage on belonging that were ruined.

WARNING This is the worst storage place in Moreno Valley ca THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!! I started paying 148$ a months I now pay over 377$ and my unit has been broken into multiple times. Biggest mistake of my life. Late fees 75$ plus 15$ dollars a day so my 377$ turns into over 450$ for one month so never pay late NEVER! YOUR STUFF IS NOT SAVE !!!! They want to auction your stuff! Turn around find a new stop! ALL THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE nobody likes this place lol weekly break ends

I made a reservation based on the price listed on the site at the time ($88), but when I tried to complete the rental (prior to the date on the reservation), the price listed was $117. I called the facility and the manager told me that she could refund the money after I paid the $117, framing it as a one-time favor to me, regardless of the fact that I have an email confirmation of the $88 price in the reservation confirmation email. I actually enjoyed doing business with this company initially, but after about 3 months they did the classic bait and switch: they announced, like any Loan Shark would, an astronomical increase in my rent by about 40%, with just a 10-day warning, which I think is illegal. Other than that foul play on their part everything was lovely.

Customer service wasn't bad. The guy was nice and the lady actually seems like she cares. We started off pretty good, but the longer you rent the storage with them, they up the price on you. We didn't know that the longer we rent the more we pay, but it seems like they pick and choose who they raise the rent on Because we talk to a few people and they been there for a few years and didn't get charge more until recent. Rat infested. There are disgusting rat droppings all over my unit. The rats have chewed through furniture, hats. I'm having to throw out expensive, gently used items. This is an outdoor unit so it's filled with dirt, webs and dust. Constant rent increases despite the rat infestation. Don't trust your valuables in this place, you'll be sorry!!
