I've so far only had my unit for a couple of weeks, but the positive comments others say on their reviews is true. The staff here is super friendly and helpful, the units look like they're brand new (I was surprised to see some comments say they've rented here for years and I thought this place has only been up for a few months based on the pristine condition). The climate inside also is very neutral, I have no worries that my personal belongings will be just fine in this storage facility.

"" RAT INFESTATION"" NO LIES!! On October 2, I rented out a unit from this business and don't get me wrong, the staff is super nice. I wanted to get clarification on how much my bill would go up after the three month promo and I was told that it would go up to whatever the market pricing is which I thought was rare Because who would rent a unit not knowing what they're going to pay and one of the staff members basically stated that if the bill went up to something I didn't want I can give my notice before I moved out. RAT INFESTED!! This storage place has a rat problem!! I though we were the only unit but i just looked on yelp and I seen others with the same problem. No food in our unit and some how we still keep opening our unit to a new rat every visit!

**Rat Infested!!! *** Take your stuff somewhere else! We just moved into this unit a month ago and have caught 7 rats in our unit in that timeframe. Most recent visit we caught 3 rats including one that was pregnant. Our unit is now cover in rat feces and urine and a good portion of items will likely need to be thrown away. We have mentioned the problem to staff multiple times which clearly does not care about the problem or keeping the property clean. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved my stuff in like 2 months ago. The guy says the monthly price may go up "a couple dollars", since it's month to month. I just got a lovely notice it will be going up $100! Then I read there's a lawsuit against them for this exact thing! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. I'LL BE MOVING MY STUFF AGAIN!

COMPLETE RAT INFESTATION - Proceed with Caution Please take previous reviews seriously. A family member stored their belongings with Extra Space Storage and ended up losing nearly everything due to a severe rat infestation. Irreplaceable valuables, sentimental items, furniture, appliances, and more were destroyed--chewed through, clawed, and contaminated with urine and droppings. I moved out of my storage on February 2, 2025 and it was paid in full. I spoke to a young man on the phone and told him my move out date. Five of my friends with 3 trucks moved everything out of my unit. In February I got a call stating that I need to pay for my storage unit. I explained to Brian that I had already moved out of the unit. I did everything he asked me to do, which was leave the door up and take the lock with me. My mother pays $300 a month with rent continually increasing. Shes been there 13 years, and our belongings are completed destroyed due to an active rat infestation. I was literally in a mask and gloves trying to take photos as rats were still in my unit, as of yesterday. There are fresh rat droppings in the hallways and front door to unit. Paid premium for "Climate Control". Their Climate control unit was broken for several months. I had a big RAT infestation with rat feces everywhere. Finally moved out and found water damage on belonging that were ruined.
